It all starts with the initial consultation where we will get to meet each other. We love to learn about you, your family, and the results you are seeking. At the initial consultation we will discuss the end result you are seeking and give you realistic analysis of your case.
If after the initial consultation you decide that you would like to retain Abogados W, we will set up a meeting at our office or via Zoom to begin to prepare your relief/applications. Our approach is all about teamwork between you the client / and us the attorneys. We will go over the necessary documents and evidence for your case. Together we will set realistic expectations for the results we are seeking.
After the applications are finished and the required evidence documents have been provided by you, together we will review your application and make sure everything is of the highest quality.
Next for the before your trial or hearing we will meet to practice and prepare to make sure you are as comfortable as possible testifying before the Judge and/or Immigration Officer. We will be here for you to support you and answer any of your questions.
At the end of every case, we will meet with you to discuss the outcome and hopefully celebrate together. Many cases take years to complete, and, in that time, we see children grow and our clients thrive.
